Youth Clubs at St. Luke's

The Old St. Luke's Youth Club has closed

The St. Luke’s Youth Club that ran every Monday night since 2004 has finally come to an end.  The club was set up by a group of local residents with the agreement that the hall would be free.  The group was led by the Charity’s long term youth volunteer and worker Malachi and Janet from the CH&CTCRP Management Committee.  Both worked for the club right up to the end. Malachi volunteered to help out at the club and soon became its undisputed lead adult and built an impressive team (Sandra and Arron).  The team had what can only be described as special powers, they exercised authority without young people knowing – were respected by parents and children.

The New St. Luke’s Youth Club has opened

The St. Luke’s Parish youth team headed by Jing Quah (jing@stlukese16.co.uk) has opened the New St. Luke’s Youth Club now running from 3.30 to 5:30 every Thursday in term time. It is designed for year 6 upwards.
